What materials do you use?
Our 3D filaments are all made from eco friendly biodegradable Polyactic Acid (PLA). White has some ceramics mixed in the filament to give you the ceramic look and feel, the browns have wood mixed into the filament to give us the wood and plywood look.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Made to order scheduling secures your spot in our limited production runs. As our items are not mass-produced and availability is often limited, we will be constantly updating our delivery schedules and it will be shown upon checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at dugpots@gmail.com or message us through our Instagram page. We’ll evaluate your request and do our best to assist you.
Is there a limited quantity of items?
Yes and No. As we are mostly made to order, there is no limit to how many you can order at once. But if your order is too huge to fit into the delivery schedule or exceeds our filament stock, we will contact and update you to discuss a reasonable delivery timeline.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the item and quantity of items per order. While we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Please purchase only if you're comfortable with potential wait times.
How can I get updates about my order?
Our system will update you on your email account every step of the production process. From the start of production to the potential delivery schedules. You may also want to follow us on Instagram for the latest updates, behind-the-scenes content, and important announcements about your orders.
I just placed an order but selected the wrong item or size. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at dugpots@gmail.com or drop us a DM on instagram. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
